Perform your own credit audit!

Download the Credit Audit Form and use your transcript to fill in the grades/credits you have.  You can use it to guide your plan to graduation or for credit recovery. This is not an official plan and does not replace meeting with your counselor to ensure you're on track. Meet with your counselor regularly to make sure you are taking the classes you need and that they meet the necessary requirements.
